We have a 15-day return policy, starting from the date of your receipt that came with your order.

Return/Exchange method for customers in Kuwait

Please visit our store in The Avenues Phase 1 , Floor 1 to exchange or return.

Return/Exchange method for customers outside of Kuwait

You will be required to handle the shipping fees for the exchange process, as DHL does not provide free exchange service.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. And return them to our shop. You’ll also need to bring the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
You shall receive your refund in your bank account within 2-5 days since the day you we receive the returned items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us on WhatsApp immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

According to the laws of the Ministry of Commerce

Goods excluded from the 15-day return and exchange period must be returned and exchanged within a period not exceeding 24 hours, provided that the return option is proven by the purchase invoice

Exceptions:
- Evening and wedding dresses
- Swimsuits
- Perfumes
- Glasses
- Goods in contact with the skin (innerwear)
- Precious goods such as jewelry and watches

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like (eyelashes, and make-up), and custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Also items that has been tailored or fixed cannot be returned.
